Difficulty with sleeping or insomnia affects many working people, especially those
with stressful jobs and has a detrimental effect on their performance at work. In
fact, lack of sleep can be as counterproductive as a hangover. Although it doesn’t
get talked about much, about two in three people experience occasional difficulty
sleeping and one in three experiences chronic problems.
It goes without saying that sleep is vital to our health and well-being, yet many
people suffer in silence without knowing where to go for help. However, difficulty
with sleeping is actually quite easy to cure - and since 1995 we’ve taught thousands
of people how to switch off and get a good night’s sleep.
As an adjunct to in-company Health and Wellness Programmes, we offer a presentation
or a workshop for people interested in learning how to reduce stress, sleep better
and so become more productive. The workshops run for between 2 and 4 hours depending
on time and resources available. The workshop is designed to run for up to 12 delegates
and can include modules on time management and personal organisation. We also offer
one to one coaching.
