Unlimited counselling and support is included with both printed and download versions of The SleepWell Method. This means that if you would like any help with using The SleepWell Method or any sleep or related issues, all you have to do is email or call me and I'll be there for you to help in any way I can. If you're local or willing or travel I'm happy to meet up with you. There is no aditional charge for this service which I offer because I enjoy helping people to get a good night's sleep.
